Pick up your Tourist Card at the airport, a tourist office, or digital kiosk. The Digital Pass is delivered straight to your phone.
Tap your card on public transport, scan at museums, and show for discounts at 130+ restaurants, shops, and attractions.
You can book both products through our site. The Valencia Tourist Card is a physical card with unlimited public transport (bus, metro, tram in zones ABCD, including airport transfer), free entry to 14 municipal museums and monuments, discounts of up to 50%, plus a tapa with a drink. Available for 24, 48, or 72 hours.
The Valencia Pass is a digital ticket bundle for the top attractions: Oceanogràfic, Science Museum, Bioparc (with fast-track entry), hop-on hop-off bus, plus audio guides for the city and the Lonja de la Seda. It does not include public transport. You'll also get 10% off your next 5 bookings in Valencia.
The Valencia Pass is delivered as a digital ticket straight to your email and smartphone — no pickup needed.
For the Valencia Tourist Card, you'll receive a smartphone voucher after booking, which you exchange for the physical card on arrival. Redemption points include the tourist office at the airport (arrivals hall), the office at City Hall (Plaza del Ayuntamiento), the digital kiosk at Joaquín Sorolla train station, and the 24-hour digital kiosk at the airport.
Yes. Your booking is processed through our partner Tiqets. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your selected visit date and receive a full refund. Rescheduling is also possible up to 24 hours in advance. Once the card has been activated, cancellation is no longer possible.
The Valencia Tourist Card activates the first time you use it — either on public transport or at a museum. From that moment, it runs for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours depending on the variant you purchased. For example, if you activate a 72-hour card on Monday at 3 PM, it's valid until Thursday at 3 PM. So plan your first tap strategically.
Yes. The Valencia Tourist Card covers the metro ride from Valencia Airport to the city centre and back (Lines 3 and 5). Tip: Pick up your card right at the airport — at the tourist office in the arrivals hall or the 24-hour digital kiosk — and your transfer is covered straight away.
Children aged 0–5 don't need a card — they ride city buses for free and get free or reduced entry at most attractions. The metro and tram are free for children up to age 10. For children aged 6–12, a 15% discount is available when purchasing an adult card — this discount is offered at the tourist offices on site.
Detailed information on all included benefits, pickup points, discounts, and participating partners is available on the official Visit Valencia website at visitvalencia.com.
